Punjab National Bank Loan Fraud Case: Mehul Choksi`s Bail Plea Rejected By Belgium Court

Choksi, a key accused in the Rs 13,500 crore PNB loan fraud case, was arrested in Belgium last week following a request from Indian authorities. The three-judge bench, which conducted the hearing in Dutch, ruled against granting bail after reviewing the arguments.
