The first ‘Arun Jaitley Memorial Lecture’ (AJML) will be held at Vigyan Bhavan in the national capital. The keynote address at the first AJML will be delivered by Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Senior Minister, Government of Singapore, on ‘Growth through Inclusivity, Inclusivity through Growth`.
