India reports 30,948 new COVID-19 cases, 38,487 recoveries in past 24 hours

During the past 24 hours, India reported 403 fatalities, the health ministry said. With this, India's active COVID-19 cases now stand at 3,53,398 and 38,487 people recovered from the fatal disease during the past 24 hours.
