Cyclone Tauktae to weaken gradually in next three hours, Delhi to witness light showers today: IMD

The weather department in a bulletin at 9:50 AM said that the 'severe cyclonic storm' lay centred over Saurashtra at 8:30 AM, about 210 km southwest of Ahmedabad.
