Uttar Pradesh Police suspended Station House Officer (SHO) Vijay Nagar police station Rajeev Kumar Singh on charges of negligence in the investigation into Ghaziabad-based journalist Vikram Joshi's murder case. Devendra Bisht has been appointed as the new SHO of Vijay Nagar police station with immediate effect.
