26/11 conspirator and Headley aide Tahawwur Rana arrested in Los Angeles, extradition to India likely

According to the federal prosecutors, Rana conspired with Headley to assist LeT and Harakat ul-Jihad-e-Islami to plan and carry out the Mumbai terrorist attacks.
